Shipping Origin
All BondLume orders are shipped from China.
Order Processing
We dispatch orders within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. This processing period is separate from the estimated transit times below.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to supported destinations, with no minimum purchase required.
Estimated Transit Times
Canada: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
United States: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Total estimated delivery time includes up to 48 hours for order processing, plus the transit time listed above.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us for assistance.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, email support@bondlume.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact support@bondlume.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped from China. Free shipping covers standard delivery charges only and does not include import duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees.
Any applicable taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Import duties, taxes, or carrier clearance fees that are not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient before or upon delivery.
These charges are determined by the destination’s customs authorities and the carrier. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
